The founders of Ottawa Bible Church chose I Timothy 3:1-13 as the pattern for organization.  New Testament churches were under the oversight of Elders and Deacons.

Elders:  Gerald Anderson, Larry Carrier (Pastor), Mike Dean, Gary Miller,  Fred Martin, and Al Seeger (Chairman).

The responsibilities of Church Elders are to maintain personal spiritual maturity, to maintain a blameless reputation in the community, practice godliness at home and take care of the church.

Deacons: Curt Bittner, Norm Mast, Lyle Posey, Doug Rhodes, Mike Wright, and Mike Selman (Chairman).
Deacons, as in Acts 6:1-7, are to be spiritually mature men, who have the financial oversight of the church.
